We, the citizens of India, recognizing that mosquito-borne diseases claim thousands of lives each year, and believing in the power of collective democratic action to protect public health, do hereby establish Machhar Morcha as the nation's premier citizen-led mosquito awareness movement, fully aligned with the National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme.
